We identify our existence to be a capital market specialist. Serving as an independent marketing agent (Remisier / commision dealers representative) for local securities house as well as a stock and stock index trading consultant for our client.

Why we are needed?

From the point of view of the securities house, the use of remisiers allowed them to generate additional trading volumes and revenues without the need to incur a fixed cost base or the need to build a customer base directly. Whereas for capital market industry as whole, we play a role in introducing, educating, training, or to be more precise, preparing investors to take opportunity in stock market, which means we directly participate as well in promoting capital market industry development in Indonesia.

The company incorporated in Jakarta under the deed of incorporation and articles of association No.01 dated April 5,2006, witnessed by public notary Kania Susanty Edwin,SH. The deed has already being endorsed by Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia on May 23, 2006 (No:C-15109HT.01.01). And it has been amended to be No.57 dated august 8 2008, witnessed by notary Misahardi Wilamarta,SH
